Question:	Can someone receive unemployment benefits while actively seeking employment due to resent termination?
Answer:	Looking for a new job is full time work. Unemployment compensation is a benefit to assist you while you are looking for that new job. If you qualify, the amount of your unemployment check will be between $32 and $275 per week, depending on your previous earnings.
