Project S. T. A. N. D. serves out of school, foster and or ex-offender youth and young adults in Broward County ages 16 to 21. Using the JIST Job Savvy Curriculum, OIC provides employability skills training and career development services. In addition to job readiness training, additional program components include life skills, family planning, budgeting, financial literacy, and substance abuse prevention services.
