WorkForce One contracts with Broward Community College's Industry Based Training Program (IBT) to serve as a satellite Center. As a satellite Center, IBT serves people on welfare, low-income adults and people who were laid-off from jobs. Customers are provided life and employability skills, on-the-job training with various employers and training for specific jobs in a classroom setting.
