FREE Layoff Assistance

WorkForce One can assist your employees who will be let go due to a business or plant closure, a major employer downsizing, natural disasters (such as floods, fires, hurricanes, tornadoes) or other acts of nature that cause the dislocation of workers. We will come to your location before the layoff and discuss with you all the options available during this time of transition. We can help you with how to tell your employees about the layoff or in answering your questions in preparing any severance packages. There may even be a way to avoid the layoff through short time compensation and training programs to upgrade the skills of your employees. 

If a lay off is unavoidable, WorkForce One will come to your location before the event and discuss with your affected employees all the services available to them for finding new employment. This onsite service is referred to as a "Rapid Response." There is no cost to your business or affected employees for this service.
