On-the-Job Training Dollars

Thinking of hiring a new employee? We can make it more affordable! Through WorkForce One Employment Solutions’ On-the-Job Training (OJT) program, you may qualify for substantial reimbursement of your new hires' wages and training costs.

The OJT program provides an opportunity for your business to get dollars to train new employees in the skills needed to perform their job effectively and includes financial reimbursement of 50% to up to 100% of an OJT employee's wages, during the training period (up to 520 hours).

• OJT is designed to assist employers to hire candidates in need of specific occupational training so they can be retained in regular full-time employment. 
• Your company can be public, private non-profit, or private.
• OJT employee must receive the same wage and benefits as those in comparable positions.
• Workers’ Compensation required for OJT employees.
